About JM Training Academy
JM Training Academy provides specialist training to help teams working with children and young people develop their skills and confidence in day-to-day practice. Led by founder James Morris, the academy works with children's residential care, health and social care, education and local authority teams across the UK. Training covers areas including safeguarding, paediatric first aid, therapeutic de-escalation, trauma-informed care, medication safety and leadership. Courses can be tailored to an organisation's needs and delivered face to face, online or through Train the Trainer programmes.
