A route relevant to residential childcare leadership. Eligibility and specific requirements depend on role and regulatory context.

Further and higher education

Foundation degrees, bachelor's degrees and postgraduate programmes can support broader career progression. A social work degree and a residential childcare diploma are not interchangeable.
